Putting your plan into practice.
Before our first session I will send you a questionnaire with questions that provoke deep thinking - about who you are, how you perceive things, what you want from life and what may be holding you back? These will help guide us as we co create your health plan.
At the end of each session you will have small actionable takeaways to put in place, commitments you are making to yourself but also to me, so I can help hold you accountable to what you have said you will do.
Mindset is 80% of your success: I want to help you realise you have control so we work not only on the foundations for health, but on your mindset too. Self belief, saying 'no', growing inner confidence and setting boundaries amongst other things are a huge portion of your journey to success.
